I went into Masusu Kinks before as a first time customer. The quality of work was wonderful! The loctician I had started my locs and was nice, fast and knew what she was doing. Upon making my second appointment, I called inquiring on my appointment made online. Before I could get the question out of my mouth, the lady cut me off! I called back and she didn’t ansswer the phone! My hair experience is good, but customer service is horrible!

I was wondering is hairstyle # 5 price is correct on your gallery. Hairstyle #5 has two different prices but it is the same hairstyle and same description. I tried to call I have even texted and I can not speak to a live person or get a text back. Hopefully someone will reply ASAP. I also wanted to know if you guys did loc extension and if so what is the price for that.
